The MV Mermaid 2 Liveaboard

The Mermaid 2 is a steel-hulled vessel built in Thailand in the year 2000. She is 115ft (35m) long with a beam of 12ft (7m). She has ten cabins taking a maximum of 20 guests onboard. Eight of the cabins are on the main deck (deluxe) and two of them are below decks (standard). They offer the same amenities, but the cabins below decks have no picture windows. Mermaid will be operating year around in Indonesia as of May, 2011, and will be based in Komodo full time, with a few side trips to Flores and Alor east of the Komodo National Park (seasonal).
