Excursions in Indonesia
We try hard to make our Indonesia scuba diving website as easy to use as possible. We realize that not everyone uses the Web in the same way, so we have provided several different ways for you to find the information and the liveaboard, resort, or charter you're looking for, fast and easy. If you want to make a specific request for availability on a trip, you must choose a particular trip from the liveaboard boat schedules. The easiest way is to use our powerful search engine above.
Website Tips & Tricks
1.
Decide on approximate dates you wish to come.
2.
For liveaboard diving boats on a regular schedule, please use our schedules search or keyword search above to get some idea of your options. For the widest variety of choices, only enter dates. To narrow your choices, choose length of trip, price or destination. If nothing matches your criteria, use our advanced search and expand your options. Then use the shopping cart provided for checking availability. We do not publish availability live because it changes daily.
3.
For Indonesia resort diving which is booked on a nightly basis or Indonesia charter boats which are not on a regular schedule, please visit the links provided above. Keyword search works well too, but the menu pages for resorts and yacht charters are a better place to begin.
4.
If you can't find the information you're looking for, or want our professional advice, please contact us and we'll get back to you with our recommendations. Please include planned destination, the number of people in your group, approximate dates, and if price is a major concern, an approximate budget.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required to hold the space(s). Full payment is then due 35 to 65 days prior to departure depending on the trip and the vessel. For full boat bookings full payment is due at least 65 days prior to departure date. If payment is not received by this time, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unsuccessful, we will then resell the places you've booked and your deposit will be lost. Once final payment is paid, this too is non-refundable. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance.
We can take no responsibility for scheduling or itinerary changes due to changing weather, political situations, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We also cannot be responsible for family emergencies or illnesses which require you to cancel your reservations. In all cases, we do our best to work out a compromise or rebook the trip, but travel insurance is the only fair way to resolve these problem if they occur. We do not overbook dive trips, so if you cancel it will cause hardship for the boats since it's difficult to fill up trips at the last minute as most trips are booked far in advance of departure date.
We also recommend that you have DAN or other diving accident insurance up to date and current in case of an unanticipated evacuation or other treatment that may not be covered by your regular insurance. Evacuation and treatment in a chamber can and will be expensive everywhere in the world.
