How to Book a Dive Trip?
Since boats only take a certain number of passengers and since we do not over book the boats, please follow the instructions below to book a dive trip. It's important to book in advance to ensure you get the trip you want.
Decide on approximate dates you wish to come.
Search liveaboard schedules for Thailand or Indonesia by inserting dates after clicking on the previous links. For the most choices, only enter dates. To narrow your choices, choose length of trip, or destination. If nothing matches your criteria, go back and expand your options.
From the results of your search, add your trip to our shopping cart, fill in the short form, and send it to us. We'll let you know if the trip has availability or not within 24 hours. When you're ready to confirm the trip we'll send you instructions by email first. Not all trips are available, so rather than wasting your time confirming something that may not be available, we check then confirm. Safety first.
Or, just send us an email and we'll ask the right questions and get your trip sorted.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required to hold the space(s). Full payment is then due 35 to 65 days prior to departure depending on the trip and the vessel. For full boat bookings full payment is due at least 65 days prior to departure date. If payment is not received by this time, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unsuccessful, we will then resell the places you've booked and your deposit will be lost. Once final payment is paid, this too is non-refundable. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance.
As payment, we accept credit cards through our online merchant account, secure and safe, and charge no fees on our end. We also accept wire transfers and other forms of payments. This is all done electronically and securely.
We can take no responsibility for scheduling or itinerary changes due to changing weather, political situations, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We also cannot be responsible for family emergencies or illnesses which require you to cancel your reservations. In all cases, we do our best to work out a compromise or rebook the trip, but travel insurance is the only fair way to resolve these problem if they occur. We do not over book dive trips, so if you cancel it will cause hardship for the boats since it's difficult to fill up trips at the last minute as most trips are booked far in advance of departure date.
We also recommend (and many boats require) that you have DAN or other diving accident insurance up to date and current in case of an unanticipated evacuation or other treatment that may not be covered by your regular insurance. Evacuation and treatment in a chamber can and will be expensive everywhere in the world.
