There are many famous diving areas in Thailand, but none hold a candle to the southwest Andaman Coast. Only this area in Thailand offers world class diving. Other areas may be good for learning to dive, but if you want a serious dive holiday, your destination should be Phuket or Phang Nga provinces. Liveaboard diving is the most comfortable way to dive here and often the only way to reach our remote destinations.

The owners, John Williams and Bent Posejpal have been leaders in the diving scene around southern Thailand since the late 1980s. John Williams has authored or contributed to four popular dive guides on Thailand and Mergui.Bent Posejpal has been a PADI Course Director since 1994 and has trained hundreds of PADI instructors. They have trained thousands of students and led thousands of dives. Both were among the first to discover, explore and share with the world many of the now famous dive sites in the Andaman Sea. Both are professionals who have made Phuket their home and scuba diving their passion.

Thailand and Burma offer some of the most beautiful scuba diving on the face of the earth. For shorter trips, try the Similan Islands and Richelieu Rock. For those seeking further isolation, the Mergui Archipelago or the Andaman Islands might be up your alley. We have a full range of liveaboards in various price ranges and trip lengths from two to 12 days. Whatever it is you're looking for, we have a trip for you.

This website contains full dive site descriptions of all the major dive sites in Thailand and Burma. If it's not here, it's probably not worth visiting. John and Bent have been diving here since the late 1980s, and know the place as well as anyone. We were among the first people to dive at many of the sites and made many of them famous. John is a Lonely Planet Dive Guide author as well as the author or co-author of four additional dive guides.

If you have a dive club or a group of like-minded friends, a charter vessel may be just what you're looking for. In addition to offering all of our normal join-in liveaboard dive boats as full charter options, we also have a number of vessels which are only available on a charter basis. This includes most of the sailing vessels operating here and some specially-built cruising yachts. We help you with all of the travel arrangements.

 

With 20 years experience in Thailand, you might say we know a little bit about the country we've adopted. We have researched this area carefully and do our best to keep it up to date. We work with two web partners to offer you hotel bookings directly from our website as these sites offer more competitive pricing than we can negotiate for individuals. We're happy to offer advice on which hotels are good and which are not. We're also happy to book group rooms as then we can negotiated better rates. Liveaboards pick up from almost anywhere in Phuket, and usually offer pick ups from Khao Lak as well.

We have extensive online photo and video galleries of both topside and underwater pictures taken by ourselves, guests and professional guides we have used over the years. We have some beautiful pictures of the Mergui Archipelago, some of the best you'll find. All of these are displayed in simple slide show formatted and are uploaded to Flickr as well.
